- Our speaker for March will be Gena Strang-Behrens who is the Associate Director
for Student Development at Fresno State University. Gena graduated from Hanford
High School and played softball at Fresno State where she started at first base for
four years. She was a four year all conference player, three year all American and
played in the National Championship game in 1988. She was inducted into the Fresno
Athletic Hall of Fame in 2006. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Criminology and a
Master's Degree in Sports Administration. Gena's topic for our luncheon will be
"Student- Athlete Development" and related information specific to Title IX.
