SIR BRANCH 169 RULES FOR SCRAMBLES
1 .When there is a Four Man team, the team handicap is the average of the total of the four members Course Handicap.
Required drives for Four Man teams are: A & B players three each, C & D players, three drives between them in any combination.
If either the "C" or "D" player is missing, the requirements for the other
Player is: "C" two drives "D" one drive.
2. When there is a Three Man team, the team handicap is the average of the total of the three members Course Handicap.
Each Three Man team will rotate hitting two balls after every third hole to account for the missing fourth player.
CTP—Only the first ball can be measured for the man hitting twice.
EACH PLAYER’S DRIVES MUST BE MARKED ON SCORECARD
3. Each player will play from within one club length (not closer to the hole) from the ball selected until on the Green. Not to be moved out of hazards/sand traps or onto the Green. From rough to fairway is OK.
4. On the Green, mark and play from within 6 inches of the ball selected, but not closer to the hole.
5. Add the score for the team ball on each hole to get the total team Gross score, Then subtract the Team Average Course Handicap to get the Team Net score.
