I've accomplished both this year and in my first term. As an example, 4 years ago I changed our Thanksgiving luncheon into a Veterans luncheon. I had a ROTC unit do the presentation of the flag and a female Navy officer that was at the Pentagon on 9/11 as our speaker....

It is important to remember that: "An invisible man casts no shadow".  The point here is that when there is work to be done in our Chapter, we need guys to come forth, assume the tasks and be counted for what they can accomplish.
