Our speaker for the October 11th luncheon will be Kopi Sotiropulos, a longtime newscaster and weatherman in Fresno. Kopi is currently the KMPH Channel 26 News and Weather Anchor. He is also on television mornings with the "Great Day" program. I hope he brings his brightly colored car for us to admire. Bring a friend to enjoy a very personable conversationalist.

On another note, Ed Dorn has been doing a great job securing some wonderful restaurants for our monthly "Couple's Nite Out". This is an opportunity for us to socialize with our wives and fellow SIRS. We can take advantage of this opportunity by signing up at the monthly luncheon.
I would also like to thank Ed Dorn for the many things he does for our members on an ongoing basis; and in particular for his presentation at the September luncheon, with an important message, which was well received by the group of SIRS in attendance.
