At our June meeting we had Patrolman Johnny Fisher from the California Highway Patrol. Everyone seemed to enjoy his presentation and he received a lot of good questions from the members. At the July meeting we have invited Don Larson to give a presentation on patriotism, a good topic for the month of July when we celebrate Independence Day. Don taught history at Fresno City College for 40+ years and he knows a lot about this subject. I had the pleasure of working with him during those years and he was one of the most popular instructors at the college. I hope you can all make it.
