It has been a learning experience so far becoming familiar with all the Branches in area 29. The best part of course is meeting all the men that make of area 29 and learning what challenges each branch is dealing with. Will I can tell you with confidence that the challenges we facing in 169 are not unique. Recruitment and retention is number one priority in each branch. In response to that State leadership launched the Recruitment, Activities, Membership and Publicity program (RAMP program) to help address that issue. All the Big Sirs have begun implementing this program as best they can as members step forward to get involved. I look forward to bringing you additional information in upcoming posts. Keep Well and I will see you at an upcoming luncheon.
