From the Big SIR:

Over the last few months the State SIR has been coming up with several proposals to change the way our club operates. They indicate it is because the club, state wide, is shrinking in size but if you look at most of the proposals, they do little if anything to address these concerns. I joined SIR to get away from the stress and politics of work.  I wanted to be around like-minded men of my age, break bread and enjoy activities together. I would like our club to concentrate on these priorities. Let the State do whatever they want. Our club is doing just fine
